HGV Class 2 Driver\\n\\nLocation: Northampton, NN6\\n\\nSalary: £34,106.67 per annum (based on 45 hours per week)\\n\\nContract: Permanent\\n\\nWe are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Class 2 Driver to join our client’s team in Northampton. This is a permanent opportunity for a professional driver to carry out nationwide deliveries and collections while ensuring a high standard of customer service.\\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\n * Carry out timely deliveries and collections of goods across various locations.\\n\\n * Complete all relevant delivery and returns paperwork, including proof of delivery.\\n\\n * Adhere to tachograph and working time regulations.\\n\\n * Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.\\n\\n * Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the vehicle.\\n\\n * Ensure load security and complete vehicle checks before and after each shift.\\n\\n * Report any incidents, defects, or delays promptly.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.\\n\\n * Valid CPC and digital tachograph card.\\n\\n * Minimum 2 years of Class 2 driving experience preferred.\\n\\n * Excellent knowledge of UK roads.\\n\\n * Strong understanding of transport and road safety regulations.\\n\\n * Good customer service skills and professional appearance.\\n\\n * Ability to work to deadlines and follow instructions accurately.\\n\\n * Flexibility to cover various routes and delivery requirements.\\n\\nWhat’s On Offer:\\n\\n * Permanent, full-time position.\\n\\n * Competitive salary and consistent hours.\\n\\n * Company pension.\\n\\nCommutable from: Daventry, Kettering, Market Harborough, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Rugby, Towcester, Wellingborough.\\n\\nIf you’re interested in this opportunity, please apply now with your CV, and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss the next steps
