HGV Class 1 Driver – New Passes Welcome Location: Rugby, Warwickshire Hours: 45-60 hours per week Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum Employment Type: Temp to Perm (12 weeks) We are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our client’s team in Rugby. This role primarily involves trunking and delivering goods to stores and distribution centres, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. The Role: * General haulage of a range of goods. * Collections from other sites. * Trunking from depot to depot when required. * Work can be timed deliveries so time keeping is key and communicating any delays is a big part of the job. * Some handball will be required to unload the vehicle for the stores. * 2 weeks of training and inductions for drivers with less than 6 months’ experience. Experience & Qualifications: * Full UK C+E licence. * Valid Driver CPC and Digi Card. * No more than 6 points for minor offences. * Strong timekeeping skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
