Our client, a leading provider in the care industry, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their established team. This role is key in delivering exceptional service, handling customer enquiries, processing orders, managing complaints, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally and efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, complaints, and account queries in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve delivery, pricing, and invoice issues.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including account management tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and update the company’s ERP system.
- Continuously look to improve the efficiency of internal processes to deliver the highest standard of customer service.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of experience in a customer service or telesales role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer systems.
- Previous experience in the care sector is desirable but not essential.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Junction 31, M62.
