We are recruiting experienced Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our client’s logistics operation based on Prologis Park in Coventry. This is a busy, well-organised warehouse supporting major automotive contracts, offering stable ongoing work.

The Role:

Operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading trailers – dock and side loading

Putting stock away into racking and retrieving stock for pickers

Working from pick sheets and scanners

Quality checking products

Supporting warehouse housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment

The Person:

Holds in-date Reach and Counterbalance licences (training school issued)

Previous experience operating both trucks in a warehouse environment

Strong attention to detail

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow instructions
