We are currently recruiting an experienced Master Vehicle Technician to join a busy automotive operation based in Portbury. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, stable work with a leading automotive company, carrying out advanced diagnostics, inspections, and repairs across a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
The Role:
- Carry out advanced diagnostics to identify vehicle faults, including road testing where required.
- Complete mechanical repairs, servicing, maintenance, and inspections as directed by the Workshop Manager.
- Conduct routine inspections and pre-MOT checks in line with company schedules and standards.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, following company policies and statutory health and safety regulations.
- Undertake additional workshop duties such as parts fitment when required.
Experience & Requirements:
- Hold a relevant Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification as a minimum.
- Proven experience working in a similar Master Technician or senior diagnostic role.
- Strong diagnostic knowledge and the ability to demonstrate technical expertise across a range of vehicles.
- Full UK Category B driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
