About the Role:
Our client, a leading name in the UK automotive industry, is looking for an experienced and hands-on Bodyshop Supervisor to join their team in Bridgwater.
This is a permanent position offering a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your automotive career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Vehicle Enhancement Team to achieve daily production targets.
- Perform quality control checks and ensure all customer KPIs are met.
- Provide hands-on assistance with prepping, paint spraying, and polishing vehicles.
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support with inspection, workflow management, and performance optimisation.
- Maintain high standards of repair and compliance with health & safety guidelines.
- Preferred but not essential: experience in strip & fit and panel beating.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong all-round bodyshop experience, including paint, prep, and polish.
- Strong team leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume bodyshop.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
