About the Role:

Our client, a leading name in the UK automotive industry, is looking for an experienced and hands-on Bodyshop Supervisor to join their team in Bridgwater.

This is a permanent position offering a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your automotive career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Vehicle Enhancement Team to achieve daily production targets.
  • Perform quality control checks and ensure all customer KPIs are met.
  • Provide hands-on assistance with prepping, paint spraying, and polishing vehicles.
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support with inspection, workflow management, and performance optimisation.
  • Maintain high standards of repair and compliance with health & safety guidelines.
  • Preferred but not essential: experience in strip & fit and panel beating.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong all-round bodyshop experience, including paint, prep, and polish.
  • Strong team leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume bodyshop.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
