We are currently recruiting an Account Administrator to join a busy automotive and logistics operation based in Chipping Warden. This is a varied role where you’ll support the day-to-day management of key client accounts, ensuring smooth operations, excellent communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Role:
- Manage client communication, handling bookings, queries, and updates.
- Input and amend bookings on internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and smooth coordination.
- Monitor client KPIs, service performance, and escalate any risks or issues when required.
- Support with complaints handling, ensuring swift resolution and accurate CRM recording.
- Run daily reports to track vehicle movements, booking requirements, and fleet activity.
- Coordinate vehicle collections, deliveries, and de-fleets with clients and internal teams.
- Liaise with field-based teams to arrange customer programmes and resolve operational issues.
- Support with client reviews, performance trackers, and admin tasks.
- Assist with PCN/speeding fines management, ensuring accurate and timely handling.
- Carry out general administration, including maintaining accurate records and inbox management.
About You:
- Previous experience in administration is essential; experience in automotive or logistics is desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a logical, methodical approach to tasks.
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal databases or CRM systems.
- Proactive, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence preferred; flexibility to occasionally travel to other sites if required.
