Administrator Location: Rochester, Kent Shift: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 Pay Rate: £12.36 per hour Contract: Long-term, Ongoing Work We are recruiting an Administrator to join our client’s team in Rochester. This is an office-based role within a large automotive company, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: * General administrative duties to support the team. * Handling data entry, document management, and reporting tasks. * Working with Excel, including pivot tables to manage data. * Ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Requirements: * Previous administration experience (automotive industry experience would be a bonus). * Strong Excel skills and familiar with using pivot tables. * Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. * Must be comfortable working in an office-based role (no hybrid option available).
