As we continue to grow internationally, we’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain leader to join us at a pivotal growth stage. You’ll design and run an international supply chain that can scale enabling efficient global sourcing and reliable local delivery for advanced AV technology and immersive spaces. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll also help embed NetSuite as our global ERP, ensuring processes, data, and reporting support best‑in‑class supply chain performance as we expand.
What you’ll do:
- Build and deliver a global supply chain strategy that supports rapid growth across multiple countries.
- Own procurement, inventory, logistics and delivery—balancing speed, cost, quality and scalability.
- Optimise warehousing, transportation and distribution to meet local market needs while maintaining global consistency.
- Manage international trade and Incoterms, reducing risk and improving cross-border flow.
- Develop and strengthen supplier and partner relationships; negotiate contracts and drive performance.
- Collaborate with teams across product, projects and operations to support AV and immersive‑technology delivery.
- Support the roll‑out and adoption of NetSuite; align supply chain processes, data and reporting.
- Track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices as we scale.
- Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations and internal policies.
- Lead, coach and grow a high‑performing supply chain team.
What you’ll bring (must‑have):
- Proven experience leading global supply chain operations, ideally within high‑growth / startup environments.
- Strong capability across procurement, inventory, logistics and supplier management.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Incoterms and international trade/shipping practices.
- Track record building supplier partnerships and negotiating commercial agreements.
- NetSuite ERP experience within supply chain operations; implementation experience strongly preferred.
- Confidence working with technical stakeholders and supporting delivery of technology‑led projects (AV / immersive / deep tech).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience scaling supply chains for global startups and multi‑country operations.
- Strong working knowledge of customs, compliance and international logistics regulations.
