We’re recruiting for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our client’s automotive team in Long Bennington. This is a key role - responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with customers within the automotive sector, ensuring service expectations are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
The Role:
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with key automotive clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and service updates.
- Resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor and manage customer satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support with reporting and account updates where required.
