The Role:
- Safely and precisely manoeuvring 3.5 tonne vehicles within a large and busy compound.
- Bay parking vehicles within the compound.
- Conducting vehicle inspections before movement and reporting any damages.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions, while wearing vehicle-friendly workwear and safety boots.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Demonstrate their previous experience of driving light commercial vehicles, including long wheel based and high-top vans.
- Hold a driving licence with a valid B category, with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
- For insurance purposes successful candidates will need to have driven category B vehicles for a minimum of 90 days within the last 1 year.
- Be confident to manoeuvre a range of vans within a busy compound environment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a professional work attitude.
