We are looking for experienced Vehicle Estimators to join a busy automotive operation in Upper Heyford. This role focuses on assessing in-transit damage on new vehicles, producing accurate estimates, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and compliant repair processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Audatex experience who is looking to step into a fast-paced, high-volume automotive logistics environment.

The Role:

  • Producing accurate and timely estimates using Audatex for new vehicles with in-transit or delivery-related damage
  • Assessing damage and identifying appropriate repair methods in line with manufacturer standards
  • Reviewing images, vehicle condition reports, and supporting documentation to ensure estimate accuracy
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to validate liability and allocate costs correctly
  • Ensuring all estimates meet compliance, audit, and manufacturer expectations
  • Maintaining clear and professional communication across all departments
  • Supporting continuous improvement of damage reporting processes and workflow efficiency

The Person:

  • Proven experience using Audatex to produce vehicle damage estimates
  • Strong understanding of vehicle construction and repair methods
  • Ability to interpret technical data, damage reports, and photographic evidence
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Desirable:
