Role
- Managing and recording loose vehicle items and accessories
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting operational teams with administration tasks
- Organising paperwork and vehicle-related documentation
- Liaising with internal departments regarding missing or allocated items
- Ensuring all information is processed accurately and efficiently
- Supporting general office and administrative duties as required
Person
- Previous administration experience is highly desirable
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
