We are currently recruiting for an experienced Ply Liner to join a busy automotive operation in Sheerness. This role involves fitting ply lining to commercial vehicles and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
The Role:
As a Ply Liner, your responsibilities will include:
- Fitting ply lining to commercial vehicles.
- Measuring, cutting and fitting ply materials accurately.
- Ensuring all ply lining is securely fitted and finished to a high standard.
- Working efficiently to meet daily production requirements.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
- Following all relevant health and safety procedures.
The Person:
- Previous experience fitting ply lining to vehicles is essential.
- Good practical skills and experience using hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your standard of workmanship.
- Able to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences, held for at least 2 years.
