We’re recruiting for an organised and motivated Parts Advisor to join a busy automotive repair centre in Northampton. This is a great opportunity to join a professional workshop environment, helping ensure parts are available when needed and repairs progress efficiently.
The Role:
- Order, receive and manage vehicle parts accurately.
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers and workshop technicians.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure parts are available when required.
- Support the workshop in meeting repair timescales and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
- Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of workshop operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an automotive parts, stores or accident repair environment is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and good timekeeping.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
- A proactive, reliable and organised approach to work.
What We Offer:
- £14.00-£14.50 per hour, depending on experience.
- Monday-Friday working hours.
- Full-time, permanent position.
