We’re recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Operative to join a busy accident repair operation in Thurrock. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician with experience across panel, paint and MET work to join a professional bodyshop with modern equipment and opportunities for career progression.
The Role:
- Carry out high-quality repairs across panel, paint and MET disciplines.
- Follow manufacturer and internal quality standards to ensure safe, efficient repairs.
- Use modern tools, equipment and repair methods.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
- Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy and workmanship.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled role within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
- Knowledge and practical experience across panel, paint and/or MET disciplines.
- ATA accreditation, or willingness to work towards it, is desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- A professional, reliable team player with a commitment to quality.
