We’re recruiting for experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayers to join a busy accident repair operation in Dartford. This is a great opportunity to work with modern paint systems and equipment, producing high-quality finishes within a professional bodyshop environment.
The Role:
- Prepare, prime and paint vehicles using approved methods and materials.
- Carry out paint repairs efficiently, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Achieve a high-quality finish that meets manufacturer and internal standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow health and safety procedures.
- Work closely with the wider workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
- Strong knowledge of modern paint systems, repair techniques and colour matching.
- ATA accreditation, or willingness to achieve it, is desirable.
- Pride in delivering high-quality work, with excellent attention to detail.
- A reliable team player who takes responsibility for their work.
