We’re recruiting for a Mobile Vehicle Repair Technician to support a growing automotive operation in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Technician who enjoys varied work, problem-solving and interacting with customers.
You’ll be part of a wider technician team, carrying out servicing, diagnostics and vehicle repairs. A company van and tools will be provided, so you won’t need to supply your own equipment.
The Role:
- Carry out general vehicle servicing and repairs in line with your qualifications.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate equipment.
- Complete repairs using approved methods and manufacturer standards.
- Undertake warranty repairs where required.
- Complete all relevant documentation accurately and follow company procedures.
- Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic or Mechanical Inspector.
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Mechanics.
- Full, valid UK driving licence held for at least two years.
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- A professional approach with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work independently.
