We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Mix Technician to join a busy automotive operation in Thurleigh. This is a great opportunity to join a professional bodyshop environment, carrying out essential automotive paint mixing and colour matching work.
The Role:
- Accurately mix automotive paints to specified colour codes and formulas.
- Carry out precise colour matching to vehicle panels and parts.
- Prepare and label mixed paints ready for use.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked paint mixing area.
- Ensure all paint mixing work meets the required quality and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in automotive paint mixing and colour matching.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- An organised and reliable approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy workshop environment.
