Reporting to: Safety & Compliance Manager
Location: Cottage Farm, Mears Ashby Road, Sywell, Northamptonshire, NN6 0BJ
Working pattern: Hybrid – minimum of two days per week in the office; up to three days per week working from home

Duration: Fixed-term contract: six to twelve months
General Summary
Supporting Safety & Compliance Team with day-to-day administration
Key responsibilities
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain specific detail for due diligence records
- Liaising with laboratories to follow up testing results/certificates
- Creating new records within our internal systems for all products, by territory
- Maintaining technical files/due diligence records
- Updating our internal system, Biblio, with safety documentation.
- Sharing specific detail with key internal stakeholders to maintain compliance (EUDR/US E-Filing)
Qualifications and Experience
- No Safety or Compliance experience necessary, full training will be given
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, as well as a can-do attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
