Reporting to Sales Director: Central Buying Location Cottage Farm, Mears Ashby Road, Sywell, Northamptonshire, NN6 0BJ

Working pattern Hybrid - minimum of three days per week in the office; up to two days per week working from home

General Summary

An exciting opportunity for an organized and enthusiastic individual to work within the UK sales team. As the UK sales support, you will be supporting team members across a wide range of roles, to deliver first class service to our UK customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Creates sales material when required
  • Collate and send out sample requests
  • Completing customer new line forms and manage customer portals
  • Manage image requests from customers
  • Communicating with customers and internal departments
  • Manage internal dummy requests and allocations
  • Act as an Aldi back-up support

About You

  • Previous experience in a sales support or sales administrative role would be an advantage but not essential
  • Able to work within a team and autonomously
  • Excellent mathematical and numerical skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
  • High attention to detail
