The ROLE

That’s why we’re looking for a driven Marketing Specialist (UKI/APAC) to join our team in Reading and help amplify our field and channel marketing across two of our most dynamic regions.
If you’re an IT-savvy marketer with three or more years of experience, a passion for creative B2B campaigns, and the ability to turn strategy into execution with precision, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the UKI & APAC marketing leader, sales, channel, and regional/global marketing teams to launch campaigns, activate partners, support events, and ensure our message lands with impact from the UK to APAC.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Field & Channel Marketing
- Implementation of B2B launches and campaigns
- Execution of global marketing campaign in alignment with all guidelines, the global and the regional business strategy
- Creation of marketing material for end customers and resellers incl. B2B event collaterals in coordination with the responsible colleagues
- Support senior marketing manager in projects and event organization
- Work with local sales teams on activities (i.e. events and campaigns) as well as marketing generated leads (capture, upload and follow-up)
- Review of new localized marketing materials, approval in coordination with the responsible colleagues
- Review of new websites for the launch or campaign, release in coordination with the responsible colleagues
- Communication of B2B end customer campaigns and / or information (e.g. event mailings and landing pages) via Marketing Automation including reporting of relevant KPIs
- Adaptation of launch or campaign-relevant materials on request, minor layout and text work if necessary
- Work with 3rd party publishers, partners and distributors on campaign activation
- Set up and manage tracking and reporting
- Vendor management
- Alignment with all internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, channel and SDR)
- Support of Sales, Channel and SDR Teams in marketing related partner inquiries
Marketing Operations
- Management of budgets and POs related to the role
Experience and Qualifications
- MBA preferred in a relative field
- 3+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in the software security or technology industry
- Solid knowledge in copywriting, and campaign management including a 360° marketing mix
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and CRM software
- English (native or fluent)

- Solid understanding of B2B channel organizations incl. channel, strategic and technology partners
- Structured, process-oriented working method
- Digital marketing knowledge and understanding (LinkedIn, SEA/SEO)
- Customer and service-oriented thinking and acting
- Ability to self-motivate
