Job Description:
- Lead paid social campaigns across Meta, X, Reddit and Telegram for restricted verticals (crypto, casino, pharma, alcohol, dating).
- Manage a team focused on rapid scaling while navigating platform policies to deliver measurable ROAS.
- Revamp tracking systems and creative frameworks to minimise ad rejections in sensitive niches.
Core Tasks:
- Lead and mentor a team of paid social.
- Build tracking dashboards that clearly show performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR).
- Overhaul Meta/Facebook campaign structures to reduce approval delays.
- Implement workarounds to get ads approved in restricted categories.
- Allocate budgets between platforms to maximise returns and scale winners.
- Work with designers to create compliant yet effective ad creative.
- Stay ahead of platform policy changes to prevent campaign disruptions.
- Test emerging channels for new traffic sources.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years running paid social campaigns in restricted niches.
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including pixel setup and CAPI implementation.
- Experience managing small teams with a focus on results.
- Proficiency with tracking tools (Analytics, TripleWhale, Voluum).
- Ability to design ads that pass moderation while driving conversions.
- Comfort working in unpredictable environments (sudden policy shifts, account bans).
Nice to have Requirements:
- Experience with affiliate or CPA networks in crypto/iGaming verticals.
