- Monitor and improve data quality, latency, and site performance—fixing issues fast and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Design to build intuitive flows and test early with real users.
- Optimise site journeys for speed, clarity, and conversion, working with SEO and content teams.
- Design tools for marketers and affiliates—enabling campaign planning, loyalty programs, partner dashboards, and AI-driven insights.
- Track and analyse key metrics like conversion lift, customer value, traffic, sign-ups, and partner satisfaction.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders in clear, jargon-free language.
