We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 200 customers worldwide. With a team of over 1400 professionals across twelve countries in Europe, Asia, and the US, we focus on innovation and teamwork. We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Casino Account Management team in Malta or London.

What you'll do:

  • Achieve financial targets set for the clients based on ongoing growth and monitoring of client portals, and identify new strategic opportunities to increase revenues.
  • Proactively upsell new Casino products and functionality and ensure clients understand the product development roadmap.
  • Develop in-depth expertise in each Casino product and its features to independently demo the full gamification product suite (EngageSuite), and maintain detailed knowledge of EveryMatrix Casino product performance, market share and client relationships.
  • Upsell third party games and work to secure premium onsite positioning, new games and vendors released on clients' sites.
  • Generate promotional campaigns, monitor results, report findings and engage high-value clients in such activities.
  • Offer business support and suggest Casino growth strategies to assigned clients.
  • Work with clients to optimize ROI across Casino gaming products.
  • Collect, verify and rank clients' non-technical and technical requirements for new product features and functions.
  • Collaborate with clients to continually improve all aspects of the service for all parties.
  • Build client confidence and long-term relationships; act as an internal advocate for the client.
  • Generate ideas for platform and product development and provide feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions on Casino products and platforms.
  • Review and analyze data to identify key usage trends.
  • Collaborate efficiently with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Development, Support) and keep clients updated on open issues and requests.
  • Keep clients informed about important technical and non-technical changes affecting their business.

What you need to shine:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within the Casino iGaming industry in a relationship management or commercial role.
  • Genuine interest in online gaming and a good understanding of the industry.
  • A tenacious personality with an inner drive to achieve outstanding results.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in B2B in a Gaming development company is required, preferably iGaming platforms offering Casino products.
  • Strategic and business-driven; Ability to prioritise among competing tasks; Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines; Experience in data-based performance analysis, reporting and statistics.
  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft applications; good learning skills for internal applications.
