The CRM Technical Executive is responsible for owning the infrastructure, data pipelines & cleanliness, technical implementation and reporting dashboards of our CRM campaigns, specifically within Braze, ensuring that they are seamlessly integrated to drive highly personalised and segmented campaigns.
Responsibilities:- Serve as a bridge between CRM and our development teams to aid the implementation of new technical features.
- Own and develop Looker and Braze reporting dashboards, translating raw data into actionable insights.
- Own the technical implementation of campaigns in Braze, primarily for multi-stage, automated canvas flows that are highly segmented and deliver key business personalisation goals.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities that support strategic decision making.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimise personalisation strategies, messaging, and content delivery for maximum impact and effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, commercial, product, SEO, and content, to align initiatives with broader business goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and personalisation to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Advanced working knowledge of Braze (or equivalent CRM system) across campaign programming, conditional logic, A/B optimisation, data management and identifying customer-level insights.
- Direct experience in the delivery of automated CRM communications across multiple platforms and channels.
- Proficient in managing data pipelines and utilising Braze Currents is preferred.
- Experience with SQL or similar analytical languages is preferred.
- Experience with Segment and Snowflake a plus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and creating processes in complex environments to drive progress.
- Superb ability to interpret technical results and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Meticulous attention to detail regarding data mapping, testing, and quality assurance.
- Results-driven marketer with proven quantitative and analytical skills.
