About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our high-performing Commercial team and help drive the growth of our global portfolio of sports and iGaming affiliate brands. The role focuses on managing key operator partnerships, optimising commercial performance, and driving long-term revenue growth across multiple international markets. You will manage the full lifecycle of affiliate relationships – from acquisition and negotiation to performance monitoring, optimisation, and strategic expansion. You will work closely with Business Managers, Product, SEO, Content, and Finance teams to ensure partner expectations and NSN objectives remain perfectly aligned. This position reports to the Business Manager and plays a central role in supporting the commercial and strategic success of our affiliate operations.
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long‐term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular check‐ins to ensure client satisfaction, address issues, and identify new opportunities.
- Actively represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of each client's business goals, challenges, and competitive context.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and contract signing.
- Deliver compelling proposals and sales presentations tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, or fixed deals) in line with business strategy and margin goals.
- Identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities across existing accounts to maximize revenue.
- Track, forecast, and achieve personal and team sales targets.
- Account Strategy & Optimization
- Analyze account performance, including traffic quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Work with internal teams (Product, SEO, Content) to optimize client exposure and deal results.
- Anticipate market or regulatory shifts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Support the definition of operator priorities and business cases within assigned markets.
- Propose new initiatives or campaigns to strengthen commercial partnerships and competitiveness.
- Cross‐Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product, Content, and Business teams to deliver client‐specific optimizations.
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations for contract validation and invoicing accuracy.
- Escalate and resolve operational or tracking issues in coordination with technical teams.
- Ensure transparent communication between clients and internal departments to guarantee smooth execution.
- Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Produce regular performance reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates to management.
- Monitor competitor deals, pricing structures, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Share client feedback and market intelligence to support business development and product innovation.
- Ensure all compliance‐related documentation for assigned accounts remains fully updated at all times, coordinating with internal teams when renewals or additional materials are required.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or commercial account management.
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion metrics, and affiliate monetisation.
- Solid negotiation skills and proven experience closing commercial deals.
- Strong analytical abilities, comfortable working with performance dashboards and KPIs.
- Experience using affiliate platforms.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills.
- Ability to work cross‐functionally and thrive in a fast‐moving, fully remote environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
