About the role:
We are currently seeking a Head of Content. You will oversee and optimize the content production process, ensuring smooth workflows and team coordination. This role streamlines content creation while empowering content managers to lead their teams and maintain quality standards. You will be working on the business unit that focuses on key priority markets, including English-speaking Africa, Asia, Russia, Bulgaria, and emerging markets.
As our Head of Content you will:
- Deliver content aligned with user intent and business goals.
- Build and lead a team while developing tools, processes, and training.
- Recruit, train, and oversee the development and performance of new team members.
- Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Streamline content production and optimize workflows based on feedback.
- Align content priorities with Market Managers and business objectives.
- Focus on high-impact keywords, market insights, and SEO optimization.
- Work with cross-functional teams to refine strategies for each website.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all content.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance content strategy and execution.
Your profile should include:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar content-related role within the iGaming business and passionate about it.
- Fluent/Native in English (Russian is a plus).
- Commercially driven and have a strong understanding of what converts.
- You know how to build and manage a content development strategy.
- Proven experience in organisational and project management roles.
- Data-driven mindset, analytical and results-oriented.
- Strong team and leadership skills.
- Hands-on SEO experience.
- Knowledge of content-related tools, WordPress, Ahrefs, Clarity.
