Executive Assistant to CEO & CTO About Traffic Label Traffic Label is a performance-driven digital agency founded in 2006, specialising in online marketing, affiliate operations, and full-funnel digital strategy. With a small but growing team we serve a diverse global client base across the gambling and digital marketing industries. We have a head office in St Albans, UK and office in Lviv, Ukraine as well as remote employees located all around the World!As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to both our Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will be the primary point of contact for the CEO and CTO, playing a pivotal role in ensuring their time and priorities are managed effectively. This position requires impeccable organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Diary & Email Management: Proactively manage the CEOβs and CTOβs schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, documents, and taking accurate minutes.
Travel & Logistics: Organise national and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
Project Support: Assist with strategic projects, research, and compiling briefing documents.
Communication Liaison: Act as the gatekeeper for both executives, screening calls, emails, and requests, ensuring follow-up is timely and accurate.
Document Preparation: Create and proofread PowerPoint presentations, reports, and proposals.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Office Coordination: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Ad hoc Tasks: Handle miscellaneous tasks to free up executive time for high-priority work.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack
High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to work independently while being a key team player.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Experience within the tech, marketing, or digital sector.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Experience supporting more than one executive simultaneously.
