Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Automation and optimization of HR processes: construction and improvement of HR procedures to improve business efficiency;
- Onboarding and offboarding management: setting up, maintaining, and updating processes via Jira and BambooHR;
- Administration of BambooHR systems and HR projects in Jira: integration support, access settings, data synchronization;
- Management of HR policies: creating, updating, and maintaining policies;
- Analytics: data collection and analysis, tracking of key HR metrics.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations;
- Experience in optimization and automation of HR procedures;
- Hands-on experience with Jira and BambooHR: configuration of processes, administration, integration with other systems;
- HR project management skills, ability to manage HR projects on your own;
- Experience in administration of HRM systems: working with access, alerts, and settings;
- Ability to create and design HR policies;
- Experience with analytics: collection and analysis of HR data, development of HR metrics and reports;
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Meet, etc.);
- English at Upper Intermediate level;
- Analytical thinking: ability to analyze processes, find ways to optimize them;
- Proactivity and initiative: the ability to independently identify opportunities for improvement;
- Openness to learning: willingness to constantly learn new tools and adapt to changes in business processes;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills: ability to effectively collaborate with various departments;
- Attention to detail and autonomy.
