Position Overview:
As our CRM Manager for the UK Market, you’ll be part of the central CRM team, reporting directly to the CRM Director. You will own and execute a multi-channel CRM strategy (Email, SMS, Push, Onsite Notifications) to engage and delight our players. Collaborating closely with the UK Country Manager, you\’ll ensure campaigns align with our commercial goals, leveraging automation, segmentation, and player insights.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the local CRM strategy from planning to execution, aligning with UK business goals and compliance requirements.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and customer value.
- Work with analysts, designers, and content creators to craft relevant and impactful communications.
- Scale campaigns through automation and micro-segmentation to enhance personalization and efficiency.
- Implement a test-and-learn approach using A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
- Monitor local regulations and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing within the UK online iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Optimove).
- Experience in building automated journeys and multi-channel campaigns at scale.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to translate strategy into action across teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Familiarity with UKGC marketing compliance standards.
