We’re a collaborative team working across email, performance media, and data to help brands grow smarter. As we expand, we’re looking for a talented Content Strategist to bring clarity, creativity, and cohesion to our content across multiple touchpoints—with a particular focus on our email marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute a content strategy for email marketing funnels and campaigns.
Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager & Email Performance Specialist to ensure content best practices are clearly defined, documented, and implemented across the team.
Create and manage processes for content creation, quality assurance, and team collaboration.
Define clear reporting structures to measure and communicate the impact of content initiatives.
Hire and manage freelance or in-house copywriters to support campaign execution and scalability.
Create and maintain content guidelines, playbooks, and training materials to support consistent messaging.
Provide hands-on content support and strategic direction across the business, including web, product, internal comms, and customer-facing materials.
Align messaging across the user funnel—from acquisition to retention—to ensure a cohesive and high-performing user journey.
Work with design and data teams to test, measure, and iterate on content effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in content strategy, ideally within a marketing or performance-focused environment.
Strong grasp of email marketing content principles and an understanding of how copy impacts performance metrics.
