Our people are our edge, with 600+ sharp, ambitious Legends across 22+ countries who move fast, learn quickly and win together. Here growth isn’t a perk, it’s the standard. You’ll stretch, level-up and carve out a career as bold as the products we build.
The Role: Legend is hiring 2 x SEO Executives, reporting directly to our Head of SEO. This role will support the growth and performance of key markets across our global English-language sites. You’ll be responsible for supercharging your personal and professional growth while contributing to a dynamic and innovative environment. Your creativity and problem-solving skills will be essential as you work to improve our SEO strategy and drive organic growth of your folders.
As an On-Page SEO Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth for some of our flagship brands in the competitive and dynamic igaming industry. Dive into exciting challenges, collaborate with a team of digital experts, and craft strategies that deliver results in the ever-evolving world of online gaming. If you thrive on innovation, love a challenge, and want to be part of a high-energy environment where your skills make a real impact, this is the role for you!
In this role, we value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed.
What You'll Do:
- Own and optimise entire site sections (“folders”) end-to-end – from intent mapping to internal linking at scale – building high-impact SEO foundations for fast-growth markets.
- Run deep-dive technical and on-page audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush to uncover issues, spot opportunities and drive meaningful improvements.
- Partner closely with Content Editors, briefing them with actionable insights, best practices, and data-led recommendations that translate into traffic, conversions and revenue.
- Monitor SERPs, competitors and topical clusters daily/weekly, spotting performance shifts, investigating plateaus and recommending clear next steps.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven SEO experience, ideally working on large, complex or competitive sites (iGaming, fintech, travel-tech, comparison, or “Your Money or Your Life” sectors welcome).
- Analytical mindset with commercial awareness – you turn rankings and traffic into revenue outcomes, not vanity metrics.
- Confident in on-page SEO and comfortable with technical fundamentals, from crawling to indexing to site architecture and hreflang.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work with content, market managers and engineering to get things delivered without direct ownership of the CMS.
- Naturally proactive and curious, thriving in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, feedback flows freely, and problem-solving is part of the daily rhythm.
Why Legend?
- Collaborate with super-smart colleagues and learn from the best.
- Engage in development opportunities at all levels.
- Enjoy tailored flexibility for your work-life balance.
- Benefit from an annual discretionary bonus to reward your efforts.
- Receive paid annual leave, plus a well-deserved break during the festive season when our offices close between Christmas and New Year's.
- Participate in a long-term incentive plan to share in Legend's growth and success.
- Experience exciting global Legend events, uniting in person to ignite our shared passion and unveil strategies for the year ahead.
- Unlock your full potential by joining the Legend team. To support you on this journey, we provide an extensive array of benefits and perks.
