The Finance Manager will oversee full-spectrum finance operations, ensure compliance with regulatory and group standards, and provide timely financial insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to Group HQ and senior management.
  • Lead finance operations, including monthly closing, cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual performance against targets.
  • Review costing methods, production cost reports, and provide product cost analysis for pricing and quotations.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage company cash flow and capital/fund requirements.
  • Formulate, strengthen, and implement accounting, financial, and internal control policies in compliance with PRC regulations, group standards, and J-SOX.
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance (VAT, CIT, transfer pricing) with external advisors; review all tax declarations.
  • Review contracts, agreements, payment applications, and monthly expense reports.
  • Manage payroll calculations (HKD/JPY).
  • Coordinate annual audits and ensure proper documentation.
  • Undertake other assignments as directed by senior management.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience with SAP ERP system in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with J-SOX internal audit requirements, supporting Japan HQ’s IPO readiness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with HQ.
  • Language proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • The candidate of this position is required to station in Zhuhai city, China.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of PRC regulations, tax compliance, and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and MS Office applications.
