The Finance Manager will oversee full-spectrum finance operations, ensure compliance with regulatory and group standards, and provide timely financial insights to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to Group HQ and senior management.
- Lead finance operations, including monthly closing, cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual performance against targets.
- Review costing methods, production cost reports, and provide product cost analysis for pricing and quotations.
- Plan, monitor, and manage company cash flow and capital/fund requirements.
- Formulate, strengthen, and implement accounting, financial, and internal control policies in compliance with PRC regulations, group standards, and J‑SOX.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance (VAT, CIT, transfer pricing) with external advisors; review all tax declarations.
- Review contracts, agreements, payment applications, and monthly expense reports.
- Manage payroll calculations (HKD/JPY).
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure proper documentation.
- Undertake other assignments as directed by senior management.
Additional Requirements
- Experience with SAP ERP system in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with J‑SOX internal audit requirements, supporting Japan HQ’s IPO readiness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with HQ.
- Language proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- The candidate of this position is required to station in Zhuhai city, China.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of PRC regulations, tax compliance, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and MS Office applications.
