Role Overview
The Head of Affiliates is responsible for building, scaling, and managing the global affiliate program. This role focuses on strategic growth, partner acquisition, performance optimisation, and establishing Superduper as a leading brand within the crypto‑iGaming affiliate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the global affiliate marketing strategy.
- Scale the affiliate program across key international markets.
- Manage budgets and optimise CPA, CPL, and RevShare models.
- Identify, recruit, and grow high‑performing affiliate partners.
- Relationship Management
- Build long‑term relationships with top affiliates.
- Lead negotiations and secure favourable commercial terms.
- Oversee partner performance, payouts, and traffic quality.
- Analytics & Performance Optimisation
- Monitor channel performance and partner KPIs.
