Role Overview

The Head of Affiliates is responsible for building, scaling, and managing the global affiliate program. This role focuses on strategic growth, partner acquisition, performance optimisation, and establishing Superduper as a leading brand within the crypto‑iGaming affiliate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute the global affiliate marketing strategy.
  • Scale the affiliate program across key international markets.
  • Manage budgets and optimise CPA, CPL, and RevShare models.
  • Identify, recruit, and grow high‑performing affiliate partners.

Relationship Management

  • Build long‑term relationships with top affiliates.
  • Lead negotiations and secure favourable commercial terms.
  • Oversee partner performance, payouts, and traffic quality.

Analytics & Performance Optimisation

  • Monitor channel performance and partner KPIs.
  • Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure traffic quality and prevent fraudulent activity.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, CRM, and analytics teams.
  • Support new product launches and market expansions.
  • Contribute to the company’s broader commercial and growth strategy.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • Proven experience leading affiliate programs in iGaming or crypto.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate models, KPIs, and performance optimisation.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling affiliate operations.

Skills

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on measurable results.
  • Understanding of crypto markets and user behaviour.
