You will be stepping into a lead-level position, with the chance to mentor junior team members, shape best practices, and influence how the business uses data across engineering and science. As the team grows, you’ll have a natural path toward leading the Data Engineering or Data Science function — or even the entire data division.
From a hands-on perspective, you’ll be designing and maintaining robust ETL pipelines, working with tools like AWS Redshift, S3, and Kafka, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver insights into player behaviour and gaming analytics. You’ll work across both real-time and batch processing, helping to optimize infrastructure and drive innovation in a data-rich, high-performance environment.
