Do you have at least three years’ finance experience within online gambling, iGaming, betting, casino or sportsbook businesses? Are you ACA or ACCA qualified, with hands-on startup or scale-up experience in the gambling sector? We are exclusively partnering with a fast-growing iGaming B2B content business. This is an opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a fully remote business at a key stage of growth.
The role
As Finance Manager, you will work closely with the founders and senior leadership team to build a strong, scalable finance function. This is not a standard SME finance role. You must understand the financial, operational, regulatory and commercial demands of growing a gambling or iGaming business. You will need practical experience across areas such as revenue models, PSP relationships, promotions accounting, cashflow, multi-currency activity and multi-jurisdiction reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day finance function, including management accounts, month-end close, reconciliations, invoicing, reporting and cash management.
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Build dashboards, KPIs and commercial insight for the leadership team.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and financial modelling.
- Build scalable finance systems, controls and reporting processes.
- Partner with founders on growth plans, profitability and international expansion.
- Support funding readiness, investor reporting and strategic decisions.
- Ensure suitable gambling-sector financial controls and regulatory standards are met.
- Manage revenue recognition, bonus liabilities, jackpot provisions, player fund controls and promotions accounting.
- Oversee PSP reconciliations, banking relationships and external advisers.
- Manage FX exposure across multiple markets and currencies.
- Present clear financial insight to non-finance stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who has:
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- At least three years’ experience working with online gambling companies.
- Experience working in a gambling startup or scale-up business.
- Finance Manager level experience.
- Strong knowledge of gambling-sector compliance and reporting.
- Experience with PSPs, multi-entity structures, reconciliations and high-volume transactions.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- A hands-on, commercially sharp and solutions focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
