IGA Talent Solutions have partnered with a Midlands based local government client to support them in finding an Interim Business Analyst to support on several regulatory change projects. In this role you'll work closely with the Programme team to extract information from SMEs and Operational teams and use the data to ensure projects are delivered within budget, on-time and in line with business objectives.
Key skills & experience:
- Demonstrable experience working with cross-functional teams and solid process mapping skills is essential.
- Experience working on regulatory change projects, ideally in financial or professional services, pensions etc.
- Define integration and data requirements across complex platforms and interconnected ecosystem tools.
- Partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to align target operating model (TOM) design with platform delivery objectives.
- Ability to define business requirements and provide detailed business process analysis, gap analysis and impact assessments.
- Comfortable with complex business analysis activities across multiple projects and cross-functional areas.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous, complex change environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A good understanding of business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
