IGA Talent are recruiting for a Capital Senior Manager / Director to join a market leader in providing actuarial services to the insurance industry in the UK & Bermuda. The role will work alongside genuine thought leaders in the profession and would suit an individual who is interested in propelling into a C-suite role in the future.
The role will have a strong project focus and will provide exposure to cutting edge work in Capital across the market. Projects will include:
- Solvency UK Reforms
- IMAP for London Market Insurers
- Capital Management
We are looking for candidates with a background in risk & capital in either Lloyd’s & London Market or the Personal & Commercial Market. The role will involve leading high performing teams and responding to client challenges in the face of changing regulation and how this impacts on capital and growth plans.
The role is hybrid and provides flexibility for early / late start times. Flexible working options, such as part-time, term-time working or summers off are available and promoted. It’s a highly supportive team with a great work-life balance and quality of technical work. The role can be based from either London, Bristol, Birmingham or Edinburgh.
