A well-established, independent brokerage firm is seeking to appoint a Vice President to join its growing Secondary Market Advisory platform. The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of secondary transactions across private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout transaction lifecycles
- Lead transaction workstreams including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence coordination, and process management
- Prepare marketing materials, financial models, and investor communications
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient deal execution
- Provide market insights, pricing analysis, and support to senior team members during negotiations
- Maintain and develop relationships with institutional investors, funds, and intermediaries
- Contribute to the development of the firm’s presence across the secondary market ecosystem
Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, secondary advisory, or a related field
