IGA Talent Solutions is supporting an established asset owner as they continue to invest in a broad portfolio of business and technology change initiatives. This is an opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager to join a growing project & programme management team, delivering a varied mix of change projects across operational transformation, technology, cloud-based solutions, AI-enabled initiatives and enterprise systems.
This role would suit a delivery-focused PM or PMO professional who enjoys the buzz of getting things done, driving momentum and working with stakeholders across the business to turn plans into successful outcomes. The environment is Agile-led, fast-moving and focused on delivery rather than process for process' sake.
Key responsibilities:- Lead projects from initiation through to implementation and handover
- Manage plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement
- Drive delivery across business and technology change initiatives
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams
- Champion effective ways of working and maintain project momentum
- A hands-on track record of successfully delivering complex business and technology change projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge constructively
- A proactive, delivery-focused approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong project governance, planning and risk management capability
- Minimum 4-6 years' experience in a project ownership & delivery role
- Financial services environments such as Life Insurance; Pensions; General Insurance; Investment & Asset Management; Wealth Management and other regulated environments where successful delivery and stakeholder influence are critical
