IGA Talent Solutions have partnered with a global retail client to support them in finding a CRM Product Owner on a permanent basis. In this role you'll own the CDP, translating customer strategy into a measurable delivery roadmap. The business are using Bloomreach as their CDP, so experience with this is an advantage, but will consider candidates with similar CDP knowledge and experience.
Working with the Technical and CRM teams, you'll manage CDP integrations end-to-end, ensuring data quality and support with testing where necessary. The role supports CRM initiatives while helping to drive platform adoption and governance across markets. You'll own the vendor relationship looking at the roadmap, SLAs etc., and champion new releases whilst monitoring CRM trends to update the roadmap going forward.
Deep understanding of CRM operating models and experience enabling customer strategy through data and technology. Serve as the CDP/Bloomreach SME and primary contact for Support/CSM.
As the Product Owner for customer data initiatives, you'll be accountable for planning, delivery and outcomes while leading discovery, prioritisation and agile ceremonies. Define epics and user stories in Jira while maintaining a value-led backlog. Drive adoption and measurable value across markets while keeping stakeholders aligned with regular updates and contribute to monthly Steer-Cos.
Align with CRM & Data teams and prioritise integration needs on architecture, dependencies and timelines. Proven success partnering across Marketing, Digital, Data and Engineering to deliver impactful customer initiatives. Experience working in agile environments from both a business + technical perspective.
