IGA Talent Solutions is continuing to develop its Legal Technology, Operations & Innovation practice across the UK and US, and we’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Principal Consultant to play a key role in that growth.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing business with an established client base, excellent infrastructure, and significant backing. The legal innovation, operations and technology space is a rapidly expanding global market. Organisations are actively rethinking how legal services are delivered, creating sustained demand for specialist talent who can support change, efficiency, and innovation. As a result, there is a growing and ongoing need for legal recruitment consultants that can connect exceptional talent with mid-large global organisations. This is a market with long-term structural growth, significant fee potential, and strong repeat client demand across both the UK and US.

About the Role

As a Principal Consultant, you will focus on building and developing relationships across the legal innovation and transformation space. You’ll work closely with law firms, consultancies and corporate legal functions, helping them hire exceptional talent across transformation, legal operations, legal tech and innovation.

The Role Will Involve

  • Growing and developing a specialist market within legal transformation and innovation.
  • Managing and growing relationships with law firms and legal services clients.
  • Delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across permanent and retained strategic mandates.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
  • Becoming a recognised specialist within the legal transformation and legal technology market.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across research, operations, and leadership teams.
