We are seeking an experienced Legal Technology Manager to support the firm's legal technology, AI, and innovation strategy. This role will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and optimising technology solutions that enhance legal service delivery, improve efficiency and support business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the legal technology and innovation roadmap.
  • Evaluate and implement legal technology, AI automation and workflow solutions.
  • Lead and support on pilots, proofs of concept and innovation initiatives.
  • Manage legal technology platforms, vendors and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive adoption, training, and change management programmes.
  • Monitor platform performance, user engagement and ROI.
  • Partner with legal, knowledge, IT, risk, and business teams to identify opportunities and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on emerging technologies and innovation strategy.

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years' experience in legal technology, innovation, legal operations, or digital transformation.
  • Experience within a law firm, legal services or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of legal technology, AI, automation and emerging technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering technology implementations and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, technology roadmaps and cross-functional projects.
