We are working with a leading consulting firm within the financial services sector and are looking to appoint an experienced Learning & Development Manager. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale learning initiatives, translating learning strategy into high-quality, scalable solutions that drive capability, behavioural and cultural change.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of learning programmes from discovery through design, development, deployment and evaluation
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into effective learning solutions
- Own programme governance, planning, risks, budgets and dependencies
- Oversee learning design and content development across blended and digital formats
- Manage internal and external delivery resources
- Partner closely with senior client stakeholders
Experience required:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale learning programmes within Financial Services
