We’re hiring an Executive Researcher to join our investment markets practice at IGA Talent Solutions. IGA Talent Solutions is a specialist executive search and talent advisory business operating at senior levels across financial and professional services. We support clients in planning for tomorrow, advising on the skills, individuals and technology required to stay ahead in an ever-changing market. Our approach is advisory led, combining market knowledge with a flexible, modular delivery model.
The role is research-led, working closely with a Managing Director across senior mandates. It combines market mapping, candidate engagement and insight, with increasing exposure to clients over time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building detailed market maps across the institutional investment landscape
- Engaging regularly with candidates and developing long-term relationships
- Supporting end-to-end delivery on executive search mandates
- Contributing to market insight and broader client work
- Gradually stepping into candidate interviews and client interaction
