The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive Business Change Manager to support a leading law firm with the delivery of key transformation initiatives across the organisation. You will play a pivotal role in driving and embedding change across people, process and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver change management strategies to support transformation programmes
  • Conduct change impact assessments and define success measures to track adoption and benefits for the wider business
