IGA Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced researcher to join its Executive division in Leeds. We are an established, high touch organisation backed by one of the UK’s most successful recruitment investors. Founded in 2019 as a values-led talent consulting and search business, we service the national and international professional services markets. Our objective is to change the way people view search by giving a positive, tailored service to our clients. The Executive division provides retained search services to clients in investment management, insurance, wealth, and wider professional services for their most important senior vacancies, and is a key growth area for IGA in 2026.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Researcher or Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team, to deliver a full search process, excellent experience, and dependable results to our established client base. The role focuses on:
- Researching markets
- Identifying and approaching relevant candidates
- Relationship building
- Candidate management
- Interview coaching
- Onboarding support
- Career advisory
- Some day-to-day client account management (if desired)
